The terms and conditions for use of the Eurojewellery website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Online Shopping

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the Delivery information and Returns Police.

Contact Details

Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.

Orders

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order details.

When your order is placed, the funds for your order will be ‘pending’ ready for us to ‘collect’ when we dispatch your order.
Pending funds means the amount of authorized money is set aside, away from your available balance and the amount is not debited completely until the day of dispatch. Goods will not be dispatched until payment collection has been successful.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

(i) the product is available
(ii) the order reflects current pricing  
(iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company and  
(iiii) your order passes our verification checks

We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards.

Tracking Orders

If you have selected a residential or business address for delivery, once you have received your order confirmation your delivery will be due the following day (excluding Sundays).


Expected Arrival of Deliveries

All orders received online at Eurojewelllery are processed and, depending on stock availability, are dispatched as promptly as possible and normally delivered in 1-3 working days. Please see the delivery information on the product pages for more specific information. If the items you have ordered qualify for Express Delivery, they will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Where any products have a longer delivery time of 48 hours, our customer experience team will contact you by email to confirm the approximate date of dispatch.
